Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AI Dating Shots (the "Service") at aidatingshots.com. By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and the withdrawal information.

1. Who we are

2. What the Service does

You upload photos of yourself to train a personal AI image model, then generate new AI images of that likeness in different settings, outfits and poses. Generated photos are image files you can view and download from your account. The Service does not generate video. Each package includes one model training and a number of photo credits; 1 credit = 1 AI-generated photo, and one photoshoot delivers 6 photos.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm this when you sign up; we don't verify age or identity. Give accurate information and keep your login details secure.

4. Your photos

You may only upload photos of yourself — never of another person, even if they agree — and you confirm this before every upload. We can't verify it, so you are responsible for it. Don't use the Service to create content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that impersonates another person.

5. What we do with your photos

• Your uploaded photos are used only to train your own personal AI model and to generate your images. They are not used to train other customers' models or our own general models.
• Uploaded training photos are deleted automatically from our storage when training finishes, whether it succeeds or fails. You can delete them yourself earlier.
• Generated photos stay in your account until you delete them or your account is deleted.
• Training and generation are run by Replicate, our AI processing provider. More details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Your generated photos

As between you and us, the photos generated for you are yours. We assign to you any rights we may have in them, and you may use them for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. We claim no rights in them and use them only to provide the Service to you. AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright in every country, and similar images may be generated for other people, so we can't promise exclusivity. You are responsible for how you use your photos, including following the rules of any platform you post them on and not using them to deceive or impersonate anyone.

7. AI-generated content

Photos produced by the Service are artificially generated, not photographs, and each delivered file carries machine-readable metadata saying so. That metadata can be removed by editing or re-encoding the file; please don't remove it to pass an image off as a camera photograph. If you use the photos publicly, for example on a dating profile, you may have your own legal obligation, depending on your country and the platform's rules, to say they are AI-generated. We don't guarantee that photos will look realistic, resemble you in every case, or be free of visual artifacts.

8. Prices and payment

Packages (Starter, Popular, Premium) are one-time purchases in US dollars, tax included, at the prices shown on the pricing page. There is no subscription. Photo credits and the included model training don't expire. Payments are processed by Stripe under its Managed Payments program, in which Stripe is the merchant of record: Stripe handles the payment, issues your receipt and responds to payment disputes, and we never see your card details. Credits are used when you request a photoshoot. If a training or a photoshoot fails, the training or the credits used for it are restored to your account.

9. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The model training and photoshoots start when you ask for them, which can be during that period; if you then withdraw, you owe an amount proportionate to what has already been supplied. 10. Other refunds and payment disputes

If a purchase is refunded in whole or in part, only the unused photo credits from that purchase are removed, in proportion to the amount refunded; credits already spent on generated photos are not taken back. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, new training and photoshoots are paused on your account while the dispute is open.

11. Deleting your account and your data

Automatic self-service deletion is not available yet. To have your account and data deleted, email support@aidatingshots.com; we handle these requests manually and reply within one month. We keep only the purchase, refund and withdrawal records we are legally required to keep for accounting purposes (see the Privacy Policy).

12. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these Terms, such as uploading other people's photos, unlawful use or abuse of payments. We will tell you why. Your statutory rights are not affected.

13. Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but it depends on third-party providers and may be interrupted, for example for maintenance or because a provider is unavailable.

14. Liability and your legal rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, such as the outcome of using your photos on a third-party platform.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to future purchases and use, and never reduce the rights you already have for purchases you made.

16. Governing law and complaints

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and nothing here deprives you of the right to bring a claim before the courts you are entitled to. If you have a complaint, write to support@aidatingshots.com and we will reply.
