Withdrawal information
Purchases are one-time purchases of photo credits (each package includes one model training). There is no subscription to cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is the merchant of record.
Your right to withdraw
You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. The 14 days start the day after your purchase. If the last day is a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday in France, you have until the next working day.
To withdraw, sign in and use "Withdraw from contract" (link in the footer of every page). You give your first and last name, check the purchase and the email address for our acknowledgement, and press "Confirm withdrawal". We then email you an acknowledgement of your declaration with its date and time.
What happens when you withdraw
- The unused photo credits and any unused training from that purchase are removed from your account straight away. Photos you already have are yours to keep.
- If you haven't used anything from the purchase, you get a full refund.
- The model training and each photoshoot start when you ask for them, which can be during the 14 days. If you then withdraw, you owe an amount corresponding to what has already been supplied up to your withdrawal, in proportion to the price you agreed: the value attributed to a completed training and the photo credits you have used. You get the rest back. A training or photoshoot that fails, or that is still running when you withdraw, isn't counted as supplied.
- We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your declaration.
Other refunds and disputes
If a purchase is refunded in whole or in part, only the unused photo credits from that purchase are removed, in proportion to the amount refunded. Credits you already spent on generated photos are never taken back. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, new training and photoshoots are paused while the dispute is open.
