Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AI Dating Shots handles your personal data, in line with the GDPR and French data protection law.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Armand Plihon, entrepreneur individuel (EI), 84 rue de Fougères, 35700 Rennes, France, SIRET 903 770 451 00057, is the data controller. For any privacy question or request, contact support@aidatingshots.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, your password (handled by our authentication provider), the first name you give at signup, and the date you confirmed you are 18 or older and that your uploads are photos of yourself.
• Your photos: the selfies you upload to train your model, the AI model trained from them, and the photos generated for you.
• Purchase data: package, amount, currency, credits and Stripe's transaction identifiers. We never see or store your card details; Stripe collects them.
• Withdrawal records: if you withdraw from a purchase, the name and email address you give, the purchase concerned, the date and time and the refund amount.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and secure the site.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The only cookie we set is the strictly necessary session cookie that keeps you signed in. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser information to Google when a page is displayed.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To provide the Service you asked for — creating your account, training your model, generating and storing your photos, processing purchases and withdrawals (performance of the contract).
• To keep accounting and consumer-law records (legal obligation).
• To secure the Service, prevent fraud and defend legal claims (our legitimate interests).

We use your photos only to train your own personal model and generate your images. We don't use them to identify anyone, to train other customers' models or our general models, for advertising or profiling, or sell them. We don't take decisions about you by automated means with legal effect.

4. Who processes your data

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage. Our production data is hosted by Supabase on Amazon Web Services in the United States (N. Virginia).
• Replicate — runs the AI training and generation. Your uploaded photos, your model and the generated images pass through its infrastructure while your request is processed, and it keeps your trained model so we can generate photos for you. Replicate's own terms and privacy policy apply to its processing.
• Stripe — payments. Under Managed Payments, Stripe is the merchant of record for your purchase.
• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the application.
• Resend — sends the acknowledgement email when you withdraw from a purchase.
• Google Fonts — provides the fonts used on our pages.

Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular the United States. Where required, these transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard recognised by the GDPR, as provided in the providers' data processing terms.

5. How long we keep it

• Uploaded training photos: deleted automatically when training finishes.
• Generated photos, your trained model and account data: kept until you delete them or ask us to delete your account.
• Purchase, refund and withdrawal records: kept for the period required by French accounting and tax law (generally 10 years), even after your account is deleted. They never include your photos.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Automatic self-service deletion is not available yet: email support@aidatingshots.com and we will handle your request manually and reply within one month; we may ask you to confirm your identity. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your own country.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we ask you to confirm you are 18 or older.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. See also our Terms of Service and legal notice.
